Weekly All Call 1/12/23
Good Evening Families,

This is Mrs. Lee with your Thursday evening email. I emailing tonight to remind you that there is no school tomorrow, Friday the 13th, and Monday the 16th. School will resume on Tuesday the 17th. The 17th also marks the first day of the 3rd grading period! Teachers will be finalizing grades and we will get them sent home as soon as we can the following week.

I wanted to remind everyone that we are a PBIS building. Our students should know that we are the Windemere STARS - Be SAFE, Be TRUSTWORTHY, Be ALERT, and Be RADIANT. We are hoping to earn a Bronze level recognition from the state for our hard work with this program. Feel free to ask your students what it means to be a STAR!

Quick reminder about our dress code. Students are not permitted to wear Crocs. They are not safe and easily slip in our hallways and classrooms. Students are also not permitted to wear jeans with holes in them, and they need to sit at the natural waste. Shirts need to cover the mid-driff and shoulders.

Lastly, I would like to stress again that there is no parking on both sides of the streets surrounding our buildings. We have had a few cars get into fender benders due to someone parking illegally. Those who are attempting to drive up or down the street are not able to safely do so. We have alerted the police department, and they will come and ticket those who are illegally parked from time to time.
