Good Evening Families,

This is Mrs. Lee with your Friday evening email. We are hoping to print and send report cards home on Tuesday, Jan. 24th. If we have any glitches, then we will get them sent out on Wednesday. We are in the 3rd quarter of school. This tends to be the most difficult quarter for many students. The content is getting more difficult as the expectations continue to rise. Please make sure that you are checking bookbags every night for homework. Students should always be reading at night no matter what.

Next week is Crayola Creativity week! We are wearing primary colors on Tuesday and each grade level is having a color competition on Friday. Check out the flier for more information.

Did you know that students who pass 4 lessons each week in Reading and Math in iReady will be more likely to reach their stretch goals for the year? If students complete 2 lessons each, they will grow, but it will be at the typical rate. If your child is behind, that typical rate will keep him/her behind. Talk to your child about completing 4 lessons each week so that all of our students can shine like Windemere STARS!
